How far off is UPenn from Harvard in terms of prestige?
Silly question, I know, but in overall matters of academic reputation and recognition, how far off is Penn from Harvard in these terms.
Is it like Oxford (Harvard) and the University of Edinburgh (Penn)? Or is it like Oxford and Cambridge? Are they equally peers because they’re both in the Ivy League or does Harvard blow UPenn so far out of the water that its incomparable.
I just want to know where UPenn stands. Thanks.
I know Harvard will always be more prestigious than Penn. BUT I just want to know where it stands in comparison. Is it that far off in terms of academic recognition and prestige?
If your talking about business, NOTHING is more prestiguous than UPenn. However, other than UPenn’s Wharton school of business, Harvard is Harvard, and that will always give it a slight edge over anything else.
